Dalwai said that the Congress was unable to resolve backward communities, especially OBC issues, causing regional parties to emerge. Surrounding the Yogi government on Prayagraj Mahakumbh, Dalwai said, “The situation was very bad and due to lack of basic facilities, people had to face problems.” Dalwai appealed to the Yogi government to accept the responsibility of failures from Mahakumbh.
