Washington: Many employees of the federal aviation administration in the US are being fired, which has reduced the number of employees. The administration of President Donald Trump took this step a few weeks after the deadly accident at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in January.
Email sent to employees
David Sparo, president of ‘Professional Aviation Safety Specialists Union’, said in a statement that the probationer employees were sent emails late on Friday, informing them that they were fired. An Air Traffic Controller told ‘AP’ that these included employees on maintenance work of FAA radar, landing and shipping.

Air traffic not affected
An official of the Transport Department said that no air traffic controller has been affected by this decision and the agency has “restored the job of employees associated with important security works.” The National Air Traffic Controller Organization said in a brief statement. Helicopter and aircraft collided
