A aircraft from Bangladesh airlines ‘Biman Bangladesh’ has landed in an emergency at Nagpur Airport in Maharashtra, India. According to the information, after seeing the smoke in the Bangladeshi aircraft, it was landed at Nagpur Airport. The aircraft took off from Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka to Dubai. However, it had to make an emergency landing at Nagpur Airport.
According to a senior official of Nagpur Airport, the route of Bangladeshi aircraft was changed due to technical problems at 10:45 pm on Wednesday and had to land at Nagpur Airport in an emergency. However, on Thursday, officials said that after a thorough investigation, it has been found that there was no incident of fire in the aircraft.
According to the information, the Bangladeshi aircraft played fire alarm after which the pilot became careful. The pilot informed the airport operation control center and also alerted the system operation command center. After this, it was decided to turn the aircraft towards Nagpur and a complete emergency was declared. The aircraft was launched at Nagpur Airport after a complete emergency was declared.
According to the information, 396 passengers and 12 members of the crew were aboard the aircraft going from Dhaka to Dubai. The passengers as well as the crew were also safely removed from the aircraft. After this, the goods kept in the aircraft were removed. Later the fire brigade people inspected the aircraft but no fire incident was detected. According to the information, passengers will be taken to Dubai by another aircraft of Biman Bangladesh.
