Hamas handed over the bodies of four hostages to Israel
Tel Aviv: The Israeli army said on Friday morning that the bodies of two hostage children have been identified but another body assigned by Hamas is not of the mother of these boys. Hamas handed over these four bodies on Thursday as part of the ceasefire agreement. Israel has confirmed the body of 83 -year -old Oded Lifshitz. What did the Israeli army say?
Israeli defense forces said in a statement that the bodies of two children- Ariel and Kefir Bibas were identified by the National Institute of Forensic Medicine in collaboration with the Israeli Police and their families have been informed. According to the statement, these hostage children were murdered in November 2023. The army also stated that another body assigned is not of Shiri Bibas or any other hostage.
‘Hamas violated the agreement’
The Israeli army said in a statement on Friday morning, “Hamas has severely violated the agreement.
