Ingredients to make gram flour pudding:
200 grams of gram flour, half cup desi ghee, one and a half cup sugar, cashews, almonds, pistachios, raisins and saffron
Method of making gram flour pudding:
First step: To make gram flour pudding, first turn on the gas. Place a pan on the gas. Add half a cup of desi ghee to the pan. Now add 200 grams of gram flour to this ghee and fry it well. Besan has to be roasted until it turns red. Fry gram flour on medium flame or else it can burn.
Second step: turn on the gas on the other side and keep a pan. Add 2 teaspoons of ghee. Now add all the dry fruits to cashew, almonds, pistachios, raisins. When it turns light red, remove them.
Third step: Now place a battle on this gas and put 1 glass of water and let it heat up. When the water is hot, add one and a half cups of sugar to it. Turn off the gas when the syrup becomes thick.
Fourth Step: Now see in the next step, gram flour has become completely red. Now add sugar syrup and mix well. Keep stirring continuously in the pudding. Now add a glass of water to the pudding and fry on the medium flame. Your pudding will be ready in 10 minutes. Now add roasted dry fruits to it. Your hot gram flour pudding is ready.
