The special thing is that it will not take you more than 15 minutes to make it. Eating Makhana Kheer will help in completing the deficiency of protein, vitamins and calculations in the morning. How to prepare Makhana Kheer breakfast

To make Makhana Kheer, you have to take about 1 bowl of thick or small size. Now put light ghee in the pan and roast the makhana. You have to roast the Makhana until crispy. This will make the taste of kheer better. However, some people make makhana kheer without roasting.

If you want to put a dry fruit in kheer, then finely chop them and roast lightly after the makhana. You can add cashew almonds, walnuts and raisins to it. This will make kheer more healthy and tasty. After roasting all the things, add milk to the pan and cook till one boils.

When the milk comes to a boil, then crush the makhana in it or put it in the same way. By the way, once you crush in the grinder and put Makhana, the taste in the kheer will be better.

Cook the makhana until thick and for taste, add ground cardamom and sugar as per taste. Now thicken kheer according to your food. You can also add a little chironji to Makhana Kheer.

This will make it even more tasty to eat kheer. Eat hot makhana kheer in winter. In summer, eat Makhana Kheer after it cools down slightly. If you are making Makhana kheer for weight loss, then use honey or sugar instead of sugar in it.
