March 4, 2025

Bengaluru, 4 March (IANS). 9 out of every 10 (94 percent) Indian knowledge workers believe that systematic people are more productive. This shows a strong connection between order and output. This information was given in the report released on Tuesday.

The report stated that 56 percent of Indian knowledge workers believe that they have to do extra work when they work with a disorganized colleague.

According to a survey by Atlasian and Vacfield Research, it highlights the widespread impact of dislocation, where the burden of failure falls on others, resulting in an increase in the charge and declining morale.

33 percent of professionals have to re -work due to the disorganized team, which outlines the direct cost of dislocation as time and waste of resources.

The report stated that 82 percent of Indian participants consider themselves more systematic than their colleagues.

Many professionals have developed their unique systems for managing tasks, even if those systems seem unconventional.

According to the report, chaos is related to age, as 71 percent generation Z and 72 percent of Millennials in India agree that their organization system looks disorganized, but it works perfectly for them.

The survey stated that 46 percent of Indian professional makes two list (professional and private) of professional work. At the same time, 27 percent of professionals make the same list for private and professional work.

In addition, the report states that most (83 percent) are using Indian Knowledge Workers, especially senior leaders, tools provided at the workplace to organize their personal life.
