New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Harshil in Uttarakhand and worshiped Maa Ganga at Mukhwa temple. Mother Gangotri is seated here during the winter. Traditional folk dance was performed by local artists in Mukhwa to welcome PM Modi. The PM looked at the natural hue and snow -laden beautiful mountains here. During this, he also flagged off the bike rally. After this, the PM also saw an exhibition based on Uttarakhand tourism. Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami was also present with the PM. Addressing the gathering, Modi said, “The double engine is clear from the double -speed development works in the government that this decade is the decade of Uttarakhand.”

I want to say, if you want to hold meetings, conferences or exhibitions, there can be no better place than Devbhoomi during winter. I urge corporate leaders to locate the MICE region here and organize my major seminar in Uttarakhand. Visitors can be refreshed through yoga and Ayurveda. I also encourage universities, private schools and colleges to consider Uttarakhand for the winter visits of students.

Modi said, I also have expectations from India’s film industry. Uttarakhand has received the Most Film-Friendly State Award. Modern facilities are growing rapidly here, so Uttarakhand can become a favorite place for film shooting all over India, especially in winter. The Prime Minister said, today emphasis is being laid on developing eco-loz, convention center, helipad and infrastructure in the mountains. Tourism projects are being redeveloped in Timsain Mahadev, Mana village and Jadhang village of Uttarakhand.

Narendra Modi said, I want the Uttarakhand government to organize a big competition. Creators and influential people should make a five -minute films promoting winter tourism and the best should be rewarded. People from all over the country should be encouraged to participate in it. This will lead to massive publicity. When such a competition is held, new places will be detected and they will be presented to the world through films.
