Chandrashekhar Pemmasani was born on 7 March 1976 in an agricultural family in Burpalem in Guntur district of present Andhra Pradesh. Where his father Pammasani Sambashiva Rao and mother Suvarchala gave him the foundation of rites and social values. One of his brother’s name is Ravi Shankar Pammasani.
