Good sleep is very important for health. A report of a survey conducted on the slip pattern of Indians has been revealed which is shocking. This national survey states that about 59 percent of people in India sleep for 6 hours. This survey has been conducted in 348 Indian cities.
What are the reason for less sleep?
The survey is conducted by localcircles. Let us tell you that in this report it has been said that there are many reasons for this. But the main causes of sleep deficiency in Indians, use the washroom at night, late or early morning routine, external noise and even mosquito, people are not able to get good sleep.
About 40000 people were included in this survey, including 61 % of men and 39 % of women. In this Arabic, it was found that only 39% of the people were able to get sleep from good to 8 hours. Apart from this, 39% of people were able to sleep only from 4 to 6 hours. Only 2 percent of the people were able to sleep for 8 to 10 hours. 20% of people were able to get only 4 hours of sleep.
