According to the Pakistani Army, 450 passengers -laden train was stopped by the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) near a tunnel and then beaten up with a bomb blast.
The rebel entered the train coaches and took the passengers hostage by weapons. Pakistani security forces have so far claimed to kill 27 rebels, but BLA says they themselves left the passengers.

The Pak Army claims that 155 hostages have been rescued and rebels are being eliminated, but BLA claims that they themselves left the passengers and if the Pak army takes military action, all the hostages will be killed.
