Tulsi Gabbard said that US President Donald Trump and PM Narendra Modi are working to resolve the issue of tariffs. Tulsi Gabbard said that there is a good friendship between Donald Trump and PM Modi and it will work to strengthen the foundation of India and America. He said that he had met intelligence agencies and officers of other departments in India. Tulsi Gabbard said that everyone wants America and India to work together. Which includes all the areas including defense, education, business and intelligence exchange. He said that there is a good opportunity to carry forward the work towards implementing the vision of Trump and PM Modi.
Tulsi Gabbard’s statement is important in the case of tariffs. The reason for this is that US President Donald Trump has been continuously making statements on tariffs on US goods in India. Trump had said in the past that he would put reciperook tariffs on India from April 2. At the same time, Trump also made a statement that India has decided to reduce the tariff, but the Modi government said on this statement that it has not been decided to reduce the tariff yet. India and the US have appointed their representatives to discuss the tariff. Recently, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal also visited the US. There he discussed the issue of tariff.
