Jodhpur. A weekly review meeting was held in the auditorium of Marwar International Center on Tuesday under the chairmanship of District Collector Gaurav Aggarwal. In the meeting, review of the progress of various departmental cases and public prosecution disposal, pending cases in the Chief Minister’s Cell and VIP cell, pending cases in various commissions/human rights/Lokayukta, court case/contempt cases and inter -departmental issues were discussed in detail.
The District Collector, while reviewing the public prosecutors registered on the contact portal, directed the officials concerned that the complaints should be disposed of within the stipulated time limit. He said that strict action will be taken on unnecessary delays.
After reviewing the cases pending in the Chief Minister’s Cell, VIP cell and various commissions, Aggarwal directed that early and effective disposal of these cases should be ensured. He said that the instructions coming from high levels should be complied with seriously so that there is no negligence at any level. The District Collector, while discussing the status of pending cases in the courts, directed that the court case and contempt cases should be disposed of with a highest priority.
Bringing satisfaction in public problems and improvement in relief percentage
Aggarwal instructed to dispose of the cases filed on the contact portal and said that departmental officers should take action within the stipulated time and work sensitively to provide relief to the complainants. He said that according to the intention of the Chief Minister, satisfaction and relief percentage should also be improved.
The problems of the common people will be solved only by the inter -divisional coordination
Instructing to dispose of the cases received in public hearing in the meeting, the District Collector said that the targets allotted in departmental schemes should be completed within the scheduled time period along with taking necessary action in the inter-departmental cases. He said that the officers should solve the problems with coordinated efforts by increasing mutual communication through regular meetings.

Municipal Corporation Commissioner (North -South) Siddharth Palanichami, Additional District Collector (First) Jawahar Chaudhary, Additional District Collector (Second) Surendra Singh Purohit and all district level officers were present in the meeting.
