Now you can also get toned legs, know these 6 exercises from Katrina Kaif’s trainer

Bollywood’s fitness icon Katrina Kaif’s personal trainer Yasmin Karachiwala recently posted a video on her Instagram, in which she described 6 exercises for toned and strong legs. He explained how these exercises can help increase the strength of the feet and bring them to shape. If you also want to get toned legs, then you can include these exercises in your routine.

Exercise for glutes (thigh muscles):

Romanian Dalift (RDL): This exercise works on your glutes and hamstrings (muscles behind the thighs). To do this, bend your knees slightly and bend from the hips, so that you maintain the right posture and have the right effect on the muscles.

Single-foot squat: Squat by balanceing one leg improves your stability and glut activity, which helps shape your feet.

Katelbel Swing: In this exercise it is important to generate power from the hips. This makes your glutes, hamstrings and core muscles strong.

Exercise for quads:

Forward Lanj: This exercise by extending one leg further makes the quads strong. While doing this, keep in mind that your next knee is in your heel straight.

Goblet Squat: While doing this squat, you have to catch dumbbells or kettlebells near the chest. It strengthens your quads as well as core and currency.

Stationary Lanj: This exercise targets especially quads. While doing this, keep your back straight and keep the main muscles active.
