The Speaker of the Assembly said that whether the House should run the fixed Question Hour or not. On this, all the members said that the Question Hour should run. Then Vijendra Gupta told former CM Atishi that if you disturb the Question Hour, regret it. Gupta questioned the opposition that if a minister is not available in the House, should I not answer the question, should the questions not come? In fact, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was absent in the House today for some reason. Atishi and other MLAs of the Aam Aadmi Party started a ruckus about the absence of CM and asked why CM is not present. To this, the Speaker replied that the minister would replace the Chief Minister’s question.
As soon as the Assembly Speaker said this, the AAP MLAs started a loud uproar. Seeing this type of conduct of AAP MLAs, the Speaker of the Assembly got angry and he reprimanded the opposition MLAs and reminded the House’s rules and dignity. Earlier, BJP MLA Pravesh Verma and Cabinet Minister Ashish Sood also targeted Atishi and AAP MLAs. He said that the opposition is deliberately spoiling the time of the House.
