Justice of the Delhi High Court told the petitioner not to call Bhojpuri vulgar, vulgar is obscene. Have you heard the late Sharda Sinha, a folk singer of Bihar? The High Court has asked the petitioner to file an FIR if it falls under the category of crime. The petitioner had said that in this song, women have been commercialized as an object of consumption and shown as sex symbols, so the government should strictly stop such songs.
According to the petitioner, this type of content should be bocied because the songs are directly impacting the young generation of today and because it is a matter of women safety and respect, the government should take steps towards this. The petitioner had also said that due to such songs, women have to face pheasants and embarrassment in public places many times. Let us tell you that the maniac song was released on 22 February 2025.
