In which symptoms such as mood swinges, depression, weight gain, sadness, increased irritability, hair loss, weakness of muscles may appear. In such a situation, it is necessary for women to take care of everything from their food and drink to lifestyle. Not only women but also their family should take care of them by understanding their mental state at this time. So that they can deal with this situation better.

Dr. Leena N Sridhar, advisor to the maternity and gynecology department of Manipal Hospital Delhi, says that menopause is a different experience for every woman. Which affects his health, mental health and overall health. During this time, family members should take care of them together. Women who are going through this period should also take care of some special things. Which can make this change easier.

Women take care of these things during menopause

‘Women who are working should take some meditation with a short break of short breaks during work. You need to healthy and balance your diet. Take time out for yourself and do any kind of exercise daily. You talk to the doctor so that you can get this time easily and do not have a negative effect on your life.

Talk openly- If you feel the need, then talk to your family members openly about this. This is not a wrong thing that we hide. You can talk to your colleagues about this. So that they can help you. Talk to those who are feeling similar. With this you can deal with the situation better.

Take care of yourself- keep yourself at the top. Take care of your health and mental health. Include stress -reducing activities in your routine. Practice mindfulness and relaxation and do light exercise to manage mood swing and fatigue.

Take the advice of a doctor- If you are getting any kind of confusion during this time or is bothering something, then talk to a gynecologist about your symptoms and ask about treatment. Doctors will tell you about some important things in diet and lifestyle so that you can reduce the symptoms of menopause and deal with it.
