Raipur. Security forces in Chhattisgarh have once again wreaked havoc on Naxalites. According to the information, security forces in Sukma district have succeeded in killing 16 Naxalites. 2 soldiers were reported injured in this operation. Earlier this year, the security forces personnel in Chhattisgarh had succeeded in killing 78 Naxalites while running operations in Dantewada and many other areas. Many of the slain Naxalites had a reward of more than millions and more than crores. It is not yet known that there was a big reward on how many of the fresh Naxalites.
According to media, Chhattisgarh Police officials in Raipur have said that CRPF’s Cobra Commandos and DRG personnel were sent on the news of Naxalites in Sukma district. These soldiers surrounded the Naxalites in the forest based on strong intelligence. On challenging, the Naxalites started firing. On this, the soldiers also retaliated and 16 Naxalites were killed in tremendous firing from both sides. According to the information, the encounter is still going on in the area. There is a possibility of more Naxalites being killed in this operation.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah has announced that by March 2026, the country will be completely liberated from Naxal violence. Under this, security forces are constantly attacking the Naxalites bases by making plans. Already, Naxalites have been successful in completely destroying the Naxalites in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha. Now the operation of security forces is going on in Chhattisgarh, the largest base of Naxalites. Naxalites have been continuously carrying out major attacks here. Even Naxalites had killed many big leaders of Congress including former CM Vidyacharan Shukla.
