The company fixed a record date on 14 April
According to Crisil’s exchange filing, the company’s board had announced a Rs 26 dividend on each stock with a face value of Rs 1 for shareholders. This financial year 2024 25 will be the final dividend. However, the shareholders will decide whether to pay the dividend or not, the shareholder himself will decide the annual meeting on April 30. Crisil has also fixed a record date and payment date for this final dividend given to shareholders. The company gave this information in an exchange filing of March 7. The company had said that a record date has been fixed on Monday, 14 April for this final dividend of Rs 26.

On April 14, the company shares will trade X dividend. Investors will not get the benefit of dividend on new shares to be purchased on 14 April. Investors will have to buy shares on Friday, April 11 to get the benefit of dividend. After the market is closed on April 11, all the shares of the company will be paid in your demat account, you will be paid dividend on the same shares. In the information given to the stock market, Crisil told that if the shareholders get approval, the dividend money will be paid on 6 May. Let us tell you that on Friday, the company’s shares on BSE gained 0.30 percent (Rs 12.30) to close at Rs 4180.00.
