Patna . The Waqf Amendment Bill is to be introduced in Parliament. Earlier, JDU involved in the NDA has spoken about this matter. JDU national spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan said that Nitish Kumar’s commitment has always been with the minority community. He said about the Waqf Amendment Bill that important persons of the Muslim community had met Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and stated their apprehension about this bill. Regarding those apprehensions, the Chief Minister directed the party leaders to be kept in JPC.
He said, “The party’s representative MP Dileshwar Kamat put all the questions in JPC. I am confident that it must have been included in the draft of this bill.”
He said that Nitish Kumar has always given justice to the people of minority community with the development of all sections of the society. There were never riots during his reign in Bihar. Never came up curfew. There were 11 riots during the RJD rule before Nitish Kumar came to power in Bihar, Bhagalpur riots took place during the Congress rule. In these riots, the victims got justice during the period of Nitish Kumar. After this, the works of minority welfare were also implemented. Bihar has become a state of peace today and is a model.
He claimed that the minorities of Bihar are equally with Nitish Kumar. Nitish’s participation in his policies and decisions was earlier and is still today. It has been reported that the Waqf Amendment Bill will be introduced in the Lok Sabha immediately after the Question Hour on April 2 (Wednesday) and after that it will be discussed for eight hours. There is a lot of politics in Bihar about this.
