Mundavar (Khairthal-Tijara). The Food Safety Department has taken major action in Mundavar Tehsil, taking a tough stance against adulteration. District Khairthal-Tijara’s team on Monday took raids on various food establishments and took samples of milk and spices. This action was taken on the guidelines of Dr. Arvind Gate, Chief Medical and Health Officer.
Food Safety Kumar Yadav, who is leading the team, gave information and said that
M / s Sri Shyam Dairy Firm, Mixed Milk from Balluwas
M / s Nangal Rania Milk Producers Committee, Mixed Milk from Mundawar
Cow milk from M / s Balluwas Gopalan Milk Producer Cooperative Society, Mundawar
Red chili powder and turmeric powder from M / s Vivek Grocery Store
Samples of K are taken for investigation. About 12 kg open spice was also seized on the spot.
All samples have been sent to the Food Security Standards Lab of the Government of Rajasthan for investigation. After the report comes, further action will be taken at the departmental level.
During the action, the food traders were also instructed to follow the rules under the Food Safety Act 2006 and to maintain cleanliness in the shops.
