But sometimes online delivery flaws also come out. Something similar happened with a young woman from Greater Noida, she had ordered a veg biryani from a restaurant via Swiggy, but accidentally became a ‘chicken biryani’ parcel. Not only this, the girl also eaten a couple of bite from her. This incident occurred during Navratri, the girl was so hurt that she uploaded a video on social media while crying, which went viral on seeing it.
The girl with whom the incident happened is named Chhaya Sharma. The woman says that I had ordered a veg biryani swiggi from Lucknowi Kabab Paratha of Amrapali Laser Valley Sector-2 located in Bisarkh, Greater Noida. But I came to me non -veg biryani and after eating some bytes I came to know that this is a non -veg biryani. The woman says that the phone is not being picked up by the restaurant. On the other hand, on behalf of the girl, advocate Akshita Sharma has made a complaint directly on the CM portal. Taking cognizance of the matter, the police have also taken action and one of the restaurants from where the biryani parcel was detained.

On the other hand, the opinion of social media users on the video of the woman is different. Most people are blaming the restaurant for this incident and demanding action on whoever is guilty for it. At the same time, some social media users are advising the woman that during Navratri, they should not have ordered such food from platforms like Swigi.
