Fitness coaches have told about the things that women do while trying to reduce fat fat. Let us know what women should avoid in such a situation.

Women make these mistakes

1. Leaving food, especially breakfast.

2. They only focus on cardio and do not go to the gym and exercise.

3. They do not know how much protein they are eating, and even if they eat protein, they are in the form of powder, so they do not know how many calories they are taking in a day.

4. Enjoying one or three glasses of wine, which is destroying their sleep and obstructing fat reduction.

5. They eat healthy food only from Monday to Thursday.

6. They never have fruit or vegetable in their plate.

7. They are constantly in a state of stress and do not try to reduce stress.

8. They get less than 7 hours of sleep every night.

9. Walk less than 5 thousand steps daily and do not be active.

Fitness coach Vimal advises women to stop these things. Said that special attention should be paid to the belly and hip fat to reduce fat. They should eat low calorie food and also ensure that they are getting at least 100 grams of protein per day.
