Therefore, to maintain blood sugar levels effectively, you have to improve your lifestyle. You can control diabetes by consuming these few things on an empty stomach in the morning.

Take these things in the morning:


Cinnamon: Cinnamon is known for its ability to reduce blood sugar levels by increasing insulin sensitivity. Putting a pinch of black pepper in a glass of cinnamon water on an empty stomach can help control the level of both blood sugar and blood pressure.



Fenugreek seeds: Fenugreek seeds are filled with soluble fiber, which slow down the absorption of blood sugar and help maintain stable blood sugar levels. Soaking one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in water overnight and drinking on an empty stomach keeps blood sugar level healthy, insulin sensitivity improves.



Linseed seeds: Linseed seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fibers and antioxidants, which are known to keep blood sugar level healthy. The high fiber present in linseed seeds helps to keep blood sugar stable by slowing down the digestion of carbohydrates. Mixing ground linseed seeds in water or mixing with smoothies on an empty stomach helps to control diabetes.



Tomatoes and Pomegranate: Both tomatoes and pomegranate are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that contribute to heart health. Tomatoes contain lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that helps reduce cholesterol. On the other hand, pomegranate juice is known for the ability to improve blood circulation and reduce inflammation. Drinking fresh tomato juice and pomegranate juice on an empty stomach can keep blood sugar levels healthy and reduce the risk of cardiovascular problems.
