People counting notes in Pagla Mosque
There is a Pagla Mosque in Kishoreganj district of Bangladesh. This mosque remains a topic of discussion once again. Crores have been donated in this mosque within 4 months. Where Bangladeshi rupee (Taka) has been filled in 28 sacks. A team of 400 people has been installed to count it.
11 donation boxes opened
According to the report of Dhaka Tribune, donations of Pagla Masjid were opened in the presence of Fauzia Khan, Deputy Commissioner of Kishoreganj and Chairman of Pagla Masjid Management Committee and Superintendent of Police Mohammad Hasan Chaudhary. Fauzia Khan, chairman of the management committee, said that this time 11 donations have been opened. The cash collected has been brought to the second floor of the mosque for counting.
80.75 million taka in mosque’s bank account
Along with this, Fauzia Khan said that however, donations in the mosque are usually opened every three months. This time they have been opened after four months and 12 days. Currently, the bank account of the mosque has 80.75 million Taka (Bangladeshi rupee).
Team of 400 people counting notes
Additional Deputy Commissioner and Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Rupali Bank (AGM) Mohammad Ali Hare was also present while counting the amount of donations in Pagla Mosque. A team of about 400 people, including members of the mosque management committee, teachers and students of the madrasa and orphanage located in the mosque premises, participated in the counting process.
Last time was counted 8.21 million
Let us know that earlier on November 30 last year, the officials had received ten donations opened after three months and 14 days and 8.21 million Taka (Bangladeshi rupees) in a tank. Apart from local currency, large quantities of foreign currency and gold jewelery have also been found from donation boxes.
