Pakistan Balochistan Blast: There has been a big attack once again in Balochistan, Pakistan. Policemen have been targeted during the attack. On Tuesday, at least three police officers have been killed and 16 others were injured in a blast targeting a police bus. According to the report of news agency AFP, this information has been given by police officers.
An incident in Mastung district
Raja Muhammad Akram, an officer of the Balochistan administration, told about the attack that the incident took place in about 40 km south of Quetta. At the time when the bus exploded in Mastung district, there were about 40 policemen on board. Raja Muhammad Akram said, “This was a roadside IED (improvised explosive device) explosion, killing three policemen, while 16 others were injured.”
Security forces surround the area
Balochistan government spokesman Shahid Rind said that two of the 16 injured are in critical condition. All the injured were taken to the nearest hospitals. Quetta has been sent to the seriously injured policemen. Rind said, “Officials have started investigating the incident and detailed report has been sought.” Security forces have laid siege to the area and efforts are on to identify the attackers.
Baloch rebels hijacked the train
Meanwhile, let us also tell here that last month, Baloch rebels hijacked the passenger train in Balochistan. The Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) is an armed rebel organization in the province of Balochistan, Pakistan. This organization demands Balochistan’s independence from Pakistan. The Balochistan Liberation Army was established in the early 2000s.
