First step- Fruit cream is very easy. You have to take 2-3 ripe bananas for this. 1 apple, half pomegranate seeds, 1-2 mangoes and some black and green grapes are to be taken. Keep in mind that fruit creams do not use too much citrus and water fruits.
Second step- Now wash and peel all the fruits and cut it into fine pieces. You can cut all the fruits by mixing it or cut it separately. Finely chop a little raisins, cashews and almonds to pour into the fruit cream.
Third step- Now you have to take fresh cream. If you want, you can use the cream found on dairy or you can use a tetra pack cream found in the market. Take out the cream in a bowl. For so many fruits you will need about 300 grams of cream.
Fifth step- beat the cream well with a teaspoon or a brander, beater. After whipping, add sugar to the cream. Sweet you can keep more or less than your choice. When the sugar mixes well in the cream and the cream swells lightly, add chopped fruits to it.
