The European-Bhumadhyagya Earthquake Science Center (EMSC) reported that on Wednesday, Afghanistan had a 6.4 magnitude earthquake. The earthquake was at a depth of 121 km (75 mi). People came out of their homes after sharp tremors. There is no notice of loss of life or property due to earthquake.

Before March 29, on 21 February this year, there was a strong tremor of earthquake in Afghanistan. Its intensity was measured at 4.9 on the Richter scale. Many people were seen running out of their homes due to this earthquake that came late in the night.
