Drink water before bedtime

Drinking sufficient amount of water daily is essential for your physical and mental health. According to Vimal, being hydrated increases metabolism and toxins are released from your body. Apart from this, dehydration can be avoided by drinking water. Apart from this, you can also avoid mood swing, excessive heat, constipation and kidney stones. For this, you should consume plain water instead of sweet beverages, this will keep your calories under control.

Get a good sleep of 7 to 9 hours daily. Vimal emphasized that hormones such as cortisol are disrupted by poor sleep, which can increase fat. In addition, taking less than seven hours of sleep regularly per night can be harmful to health. According to Mayo Clinic, this can cause weight gain, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, stroke and depression.

Avoid eating late night

Fitness coach said that avoid eating food 2 to 3 hours before bedtime, this will help your body to digest food and help in burning fat. This improves your digestion, sleeps good and reduces the risk of weight gain.

High protein foods

Protein is an essential nutrient during weight loss. A fitness trainer suggests that high protein foods such as chicken, fish or tofu help to promote metabolism and promote muscle recovery during sleep.

Reduce carbohydrate intake in the evening

When you reduce carbohydrate intake before bedtime, it helps reduce your insulin levels and activates your body to burn fat. In such a situation, you should avoid eating products made of grains, fruits, vegetables, pulses and milk.

What is the right food to lose weight?

Protein- Protein helps in maintaining muscles and reducing fat. For this, you can consume eggs, lentils, rajma, chickpeas tofu, cheese chicken breast, fish in your diet. All these things keep you naturally healthy and keep you full of energy throughout the day.

Healthy fats- Consuming healthy fat is considered necessary for weight loss. For this, you can include a handful of almonds, walnuts, one teaspoon of ghee, coconut oil and olive oil in your diet.

Vegetables- You can include vegetables in your diet during the day while losing weight. For this, you should consume high fiber and low calorie vegetables like spinach, broccoli, gourd, bitter gourd, carrots, cabbage and tomatoes.
