Diabetes is a dangerous disease. In which low blood sugar is considered serious than having blood sugar high. When glucose starts decreasing in the body, sugar starts getting down. Many times do not understand what to do when suddenly the sugar level falls. What to eat so that sugar can be balanced. Especially in such people, the risk of sugar down increases which eat insulin and medicines. This causes the sugar level to fall from the cluma several times. Suddenly it starts to panic when sugar is down. Dizziness starts, headaches and rotating. Sometimes there is difficulty in sleeping. If you see such symptoms, check your sugar immediately and try to manage it.

What to eat when blood sugar down?

Glucose tablets- If health experts are to be believed, you can eat glucose pills when sugar is suddenly down. Always carry them with you. When there is a low blood sugar feel, eat 1 tablet from it. However, pay attention to how many grams of the tablet is. Sugar balance can be easily done with 15 to 20 grams of glucose. Wait 10-15 minutes after eating this pill.

Eat fresh fruits or dry fruits- If something is not understood and sugar is going down, then consume fresh sweet fruits. If you want, you can also use dry fruits instead of fruits. You can also eat bananas, grapes, mangoes and oranges when sugar is down. Eat 2 teaspoons of raisins, it also causes sugar balance.

Candy- Eat carbohydrates immediately if there is a low blood sugar, ie low blood sugar. You can take carbohydrates up to 15 grams. For this, you can eat gummy candies. This plane is sugar which works rapidly in the blood to increase blood sugar. In just 15 minutes you will see a difference.

Fat free milk- There is nothing in the house, then drink a cup of lukewarm milk. This will help in increasing blood sugar level. Yes, keep in mind that milk should be fat free. Milk contains carbohydrates and vitamins are also found, which leads to natural sugar level. And diabetes can be managed.

Juice- Drinking juice is forbidden in diabetes. This increases blood sugar rapidly. But people whose sugar level is decreasing can get relief from drinking juice. You can make fresh fruit juice and drink. This will make blood sugar level high. Drink apple, orange, pineapple and cranberry juice when sugar is down.
