Murshidabad vioolence: The police have got a big success in the murder of father-son Hargobindo Das and Chandan Das in Murshidabad violence against Waqf law in Western Bengal. In fact, the SIT team of Bengal Police has arrested Ziaul Sheikh, the main accused in the case. Earlier, the police have arrested 3 accused, that is, a total of 4 arrests have been made in this case.
What did the police tell about the main accused Ziaul Sheikh?
According to the police, Ziaul Sheikh has been arrested for the murder of father-son in Jafarabad in Shamsherganj. STF and SIT arrested Ziaul from his hideout in Chopra in Dinajpur district. He is a resident of the neighboring village of Sulitala Purbapara, who used to work from house to house and sell clothes. Police said Jiaul Sheikh was absconding since the incident since April 12. However, now the police have caught him and during interrogation he has also confessed his crime.

The police officer said that Ziaul Sheikh is one of the main accused who provoked the crowd on 12 April to vandalize and kill the house of Hargobindo Das and Chandan Das. He conspired to kill the father and son. The police have several evidence on mobile phone including CCTV footage to prove his presence at the scene.
These 3 accused have also been arrested in the father-son murder case
Prior to Ziaul Sheikh, the police have arrested three accused in the case. His name is Kalu Nadar, Dildar and Inzamam ul Haq. Kalu Nadar was arrested from Birbhum district, Dildar from Bangladesh Border and Inzamam -ul -Haq from Suripara, neighboring village in Zafarabad. Now the fourth and the main accused in this case, Ziaul Sheikh has also been arrested.
