A big input has been revealed in the former Karnataka DGP Omprakash murder case. Soon after the incident, Pallavi, wife of IPS Omprakash, made a video call to another former DGP’s wife. In this, he was told that he had finished the demon. Hearing this, the former DGP’s wife was stunned and immediately informed the police. Earlier, Pallavi himself called the police and informed them about the incident.
This information was given by Bangalore Additional Commissioner of Police Vikas Kumar. He said that information was received at around 4:30 pm on Sunday evening. Information about this came to the police control room 112. After this information, when the police reached the spot, three people were present in the house. Former DGP Om Prakash, his wife Pallavi and his daughter were also present inside the house. After the incident, the son of the former DGP has also lodged a complaint.
Wife and daughter in custody
Said that his father was stabbed to death. According to police, the former DGP was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. After this the body has been sent for postmortem. According to the Additional Commissioner of Police, no one has been arrested yet regarding the incident, but the police is investigating the case from every possible angle. In this sequence, the wife and daughter of the former DGP are being questioned in custody.
Wife was fed up with her husband
He said that no concrete reason for this incident has yet been revealed. However, the way Pallavi has informed about the incident by making a video call to the wife of another police officer, it is clear that the incident has been carried out by Pallavi’s wife himself. Along with this, it is also clear that Pallavi was fed up with her husband and that is why she has carried out this incident.
Doubt was expressed six months ago
According to police sources, former DGP Omprakash already feared the incident. He also informed his circle officials about this. It said that only a very close person can kill him. He did not take his wife’s name in it, but indicated in such a way that people around him could understand. In this regard, former DGP Om Prakash had also lodged a complaint with the concerned police station. Let us tell you that IPS Omprakash, originally from Champaran Bihar, lived in Bengaluru with his family after retirement.
