Sriganganagar. The review meeting of the District Level Committee, District Level Coordination Committee and Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act for effective monitoring and implementation of the Chief Minister’s Rehabilitation Home constituted under the Rajasthan Niravyasana Center Operations Rules was held on Wednesday in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Manju. During this time, the District Collector reviewed the departmental schemes and activities and directed that under the drug-free Sriganganagar campaign, make the common man more and more aware and get e-Shapath.
Reviewing the progress of payment of cases registered on the online portal under the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, the District Collector said that action should be taken as per rules in the related cases. Reviewing the activities issued in the district under Rajasthan Niravyasana Center Operations Rules 2020, he said that the QR code of E-Shapath should be pasted at the main places to make the common man aware of de-addiction. In the drug -free ward of the Government District Hospital, the message of drug addiction should be given to those who leave drug addiction through wall painting.
During this, Virendra Pal, Deputy Director of Social Justice and Empowerment Department, informed about the Chief Minister’s Rehabilitation Scheme and informed about the proposals received for the selection of the institution for home operation. Under the budget announcement, the Chief Minister Rehabilitation is being operated at the Chief Minister’s Rehabilitation Home State Building for the homeless, old people, working women and helpless/destitutes at the district headquarters. Applications received for license renewal and new license of drug -free centers were discussed.
ADM Vigilance Reena, Ganganagar SDM Ranjit Kumar, Municipal Council Commissioner Deepak Chandan, Vishnu Khatri, Rajiv Jakhar, Dr. Deepak Monga, Mangat Setia and other officials were present in the meeting.
