Here a 56 -year -old man kept his body hidden in his house cupboard for two years to avoid the cost of funeral after his father’s death in January 2023. According to the South China Morning Post (SCMP), Nobuhiko Suzuk’s actions came to light when his Chinese restaurant remained closed for a week in Tokyo, causing anxiety among neighbors and then contacted the police. When the police went to his house, he found his father’s skeleton in the cupboard.
What was revealed in interrogation?
When the police questioned Nobuhiko Suzuk, he said that his father died in January 2023 at the age of 86. After the father’s death, he hid his body. However, questions are also being raised about the death of the father, but Sujuk claimed that when he returned home from work, he had found his father’s lifeless body.
Police is investigating
Talking about hiding the dead body, Nobuhiko said, “The funeral was very expensive.” According to the police, Sujuk initially was guilty of his actions, however, he was later relieved. Sujuk has been arrested and now his father is being investigated on charges of grabbing pension.

Some people said that the 56 -year -old man killed his father to take pension, while others expressed sympathy, saying, “Often people would not know what to do after the death of a loved one.” Another said, “He is just a bad man who hid his father’s body for pension.”
