Bomb threat: Bomb blasts have been found in many major places including the Chief Minister’s office, secretariat and transport commissioner in Kerala. Since then, a search operation is being conducted in the state. There has been an atmosphere of fear since the threat of bombing major places including Kerala CM Office, government residence ‘Cliff House’. These threats have been received 3 days before the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Kerala. PM Modi is going to visit Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala on 2 May 2025. In such a situation, it has become a matter of concern for the state due to the threats of the bomb.
Security agencies issued search operation as soon as they were threatened
Threats to bomb the major places of Kerala have been threatened today on Monday 28 April. The threat was sent via email, after which the security agencies initiated immediate action. Security agencies immediately laid siege to places and the bomb disposal squad started a search operation. However, no explosive material has been detected yet.
Airports and hotels have also been threatened to blow up
On 27 April, Thiruvananthapuram International Airport in Kerala was threatened with bombing. A day before this, on April 26, many hotels in the capital were also threatened with bomb. Threatened emails were sent for this, after which the prevention units, dog squad and police started investigation. However, no bombs or suspicious things were found in the investigation, after which the authorities described these threats as false.
Now there was a threat in Kerala for the third consecutive day, which was said to blow up the major places of the capital. The constant threats in the state have now become a matter of concern as PM Narendra Modi is going to inaugurate the International port here after 3 days. The ceremony will be attended by several veterans including Governor Rajendra Arlekar and Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. In such a situation, many questions are being raised about the security system.
