Meanwhile, the festival was celebrated at the Bihar Congress headquarters Sadakat Ashram on Thursday regarding the decision of the caste census. Amid the atmosphere of celebration in the Congress state office, the party’s Bihar in -charge Krishna Alwaru and state president Rajesh Ram celebrated happiness by burning firecrackers. During this time, Congress leaders were seen swinging on the beat of the dhol. Congress workers bathed Rahul Gandhi’s picture with milk.
Bihar Congress President Rajesh Ram said that the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had to fulfill the caste census in the Lok Sabha, had to fulfill the central government. He said that due to pressure from the Congress party, the festival is being celebrated to announce the announcement of caste census by the central government.
He further said, “The country’s caste census is to be held in the country. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi woke up people around the country for caste census. In the Lok Sabha he had taken a pledge that we will continue to do caste census. Under the pressure of the Congress, the central government accepted the caste census. I also congratulate the central government that it accepted this demand.”
He said, “This is not a matter of taking credit. SC, ST, OBC will benefit from ethnic census in social justice. Rahul Gandhi was struggling for two years on this issue. This decision will also protect the constitution.”
It is noteworthy that after the Central Government’s decision to conduct ethnic census with the upcoming census, Leader of Opposition in Bihar Legislative Assembly Tejashwi Yadav boiled firecrackers and shared the video on social media.
