On the ongoing dispute between Punjab and Haryana, the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee leader Saravan Singh Pandher said on Friday that the issue of water is a matter of international law. In this law, it is believed that from where the river passes, the people of the place have full authority over water. It is unfortunate that the Chief Ministers of the states are debating this. They are only strengthening their vote bank by doing politics on the issue of water. Saravan Singh Pandher did whatever he did on Shambhu and Khanouri at the behest of the Center. Our fight was with the center, so why was 350 crore stabbed on the back of Punjabis?
Farmer leader Saravan Singh Pandher told the news agency that the Punjab Chief Minister was supposed to come to Khalsa College on Friday, but due to some issues, his arrival is a symbol of an alliance between BJP and ‘AAP’. Farmer leader Saravan Singh Pandher said that compensation of Rs 50,000 on the damage caused by wheat fire and hailstorm, the question of compensation of goods in the damage done on Shambhu-khanauri, the officers and sisters who oppressed the officers and sisters who persecute them, will proceed to the DC office for many questions like taking action on them.
The farmer leader said that since the Modi government has come, the country has been centralized. The federal structure has been greatly damaged. Education was centralized, water is a matter of states, it is also being centralized. Most of the states do not agree on one country and one election.
He said that the main reason for the success of Amritsar program is that the ‘AAP’ government has failed to suppress the opposition of farmers. Neither drug addiction nor any issue of farmers is resolved in Punjab. We will march towards the DC office on the issue of farmers.
