Indian startups raised $ 102.93 million funding in a week

Mumbai, May 4 (IANS). Indian startups have collected $ 102.93 million funding through 25 deals in the last one week. This includes the initial phase and development phase deal.

Bangalore and Delhi-NCR-based startups were at the forefront of funding with seven deals, followed by Mumbai and Chennai.

Funding sectors were Cleantech, Cyber ​​Security, Adtech and Healthych prominent, which shows that investors have a tendency in innovation and technology in India.

Healthtech startups were topped with four deals in obtaining funding, followed by e-commerce and foodtech companies, each of which won three deals.

There were many funding rounds in media and entertainment, propopaek, edtech, software edge A service and other sectors.

At the forefront of the development phase funding, Cleintech -centric NBFC metafine was, which raised $ 10 million in its series A round.

The development phase includes the fund -rational firm Qinue Labs, which raised $ 7 million and a neobanking startup Calidofin raised $ 5 million funding.

Apart from this, Adtech Platform Collegedekho and Marine Services Company Sadbhav Offshore have also raised funding.

In the initial phase funding, beauty tech and discovery platform Kult raised $ 20 million, making it the biggest starting stage funding deal of the week.

SAAS Startup Fuse has raised $ 12.2 million funding. Other startups that have collected the initial stage funding include the Healthtech platform hexault and the foodtech company exploration.

Those who receive funding include AI -based English learning platform Stimular, Content Creation Platform Mughafi and others.

In addition, Healthtech Startup Ekincare and offline social networking platform jam have raised funding. However, the amount is not disclosed.

These deals reflect the growing trends of investors in various fields in India’s growing startup ecosystem.

Meanwhile, last week 22 Indian startups achieved a funding of about 112.35 million dollars. This included six development-phase investment and 12 early stage deals.
