New Delhi. Singer Pawandeep Rajan, who was the winner of Indian Idol 12, has been seriously injured in the car accident. The incident took place around 3.40 am today in Gajraula police station of Amroha district of Uttar Pradesh. Pawandeep was going from Uttarakhand to Delhi when his car collided in a truck parked on the highway. His partner and driver along with Pawandeep were also hurt. All of them were referred to Delhi after first aid in a nearby hospital. He is currently undergoing treatment in a hospital in Delhi.

Prima facie it is being told that the car driver had an accident due to a nap. According to media reports, Pawandeep has suffered a hand and leg injury and at the moment his condition is critical. However, his health bulletin has not been released yet. It is being told that Pawandeep has fractured both hands and both legs. There have been some other serious injuries. Pawandeep’s car has been badly damaged. Looking at the condition of the car, it can be guessed how terrible the accident must have been. Pawandeep is originally from Uttarakhand Champawat district. After winning the Indian Idol, the Uttarakhand government made him the brand ambassador of the state.
