Jamun in diabetes

Use of berries in diabetes
First way- Grind the berries and make a powder. Now mix one part of the powder of the berries, one part of the Shunthi powder and two parts in it, mix Gudmar herb. Grind all things and make a powder and filter it. Drink this powder mixed with aloe vera juice. If you want, make it like pills and eat it 3 times a day. This will help in controlling sugar.
Second method- Take about 100 grams of berries root and clean it thoroughly. Now grind some water and grind it. Eat the pre -prevention mixture in 20 grams of sugar candy. Eating this powder in the morning and evening will benefit in diabetes.
Third method- Take 250 grams of cooked berries and put them in half a liter of boiling water. After boiling for a while, when the water cools down slightly, mash the berries and filter it. Now drink this water 3 times a day. This will help in controlling sugar.
Fourth method- Bark of berries is also used to reduce sugar. For this, grind the bark of berries and make ashes. Consume ash from 625 mg to 2 grams daily. This will help reduce diabetes.
