If you do some simple exercise in the bed for 10 minutes in the morning before starting the rush of the day, then the body will remain in the body throughout the day, you will remain fit and many diseases will also be overcome. Yoga expert Natasha Kapoor is giving information about this. She is a certified yoga teacher.

First of all sit in Sukhasana. Now mix the fingers of both hands. Move the hands above the head. Now take it to the straight side first and then move the vomit. You have to hold it from both sides for about 10 seconds. This stretching improves muscle capacity and makes the body active.

To do this, lie down on the back on the bed. Now keep both legs straight. Keep hands near the body. At this time your body should be completely relaxed. Now bend both the knees and bring it to the chest. After this, hold the knee with both hands and stick it to the chest. At this time you have to raise the head forward and try to mix the chin with the knee. Stay in this position for a few seconds. After this, gradually return to normal condition. This asana also helps in reducing abdominal fat. This makes the stomach easily cleaned and provides relief from back pain.
