Eastern Champaran, Bihar: A case of sexual abuse has come to light with a widow woman by pretending to help her. The incident is from the Chautarwa police station area, where a person from the neighborhood assured the woman of help and then not only made her a victim of sexual abuse, but also made a video of that incident and blackmailed for four years. The victim has lodged a police complaint, after which legal action has been initiated against the accused.
Help trust, then exploitation
According to the victim, she lived alone with her younger son after her husband’s death. She was a victim of mental stress due to property dispute, and at the same time Dilip Kumar Rai, who lives in the neighborhood, assured her of help. The woman says that due to this belief, she increased the accused with the accused, but one night the accused entered the house and forcibly hunted her. The victim alleges that her son was locked in another room by the accused during the incident.
Exploitation for four years by making a video of rape
The woman alleges that the accused made a video of the incident and sexually abused her for four years, threatening to make her viral. The victim said that she was mentally broken due to fear of blackmailing. Apart from this, the accused had also forcibly made a forced agreement letter from the victim to suppress the case.
Threatened to kill son
The victim has alleged that the accused and her associates also threatened to kill her son. To intimidate him, the accused said that he would send his son to Bengal. This threat had worsened the condition of the victim, and she was forced to register a complaint about the whole matter at the police station.
FIR and response of accused
Station head Sanjit Kumar said that on the basis of the victim’s statement, an FIR has been registered and he has been sent to the court to make a statement. The police is investigating the case seriously. At the same time, the accused party has called itself innocent, calling all the allegations baseless. During the investigation, the police also said that the truth of the case will now be revealed only after investigation.
