If yes, then it is an indication that you are struggling with lost confidence. But the good news is that confidence can be found again. This is not a permanent damage, but a mental state that can be replaced by the right direction, effort and thinking.

Causes of losing confidence
No person’s confidence suddenly falls. There can be many possible reasons behind this –
Repeated failures
Relationships hurt or cheat
Economic or social volatility
Habit of comparing others
Criticism, insult or disregard

7 effective measures to get confidence back

Getting success in small tasks increases confidence. For example, getting up in the morning every morning, reading a chapter of a book or walking 30 minutes. These small tasks give very mental energy.

3. Identify and stop negative thinking

Many times we do not talk to ourselves. It is very important to understand and give direction to your thoughts. Ask yourself 5 minutes every day:

What did I do well today?
What can I improve tomorrow?
What am I thankful for?
These simple questions can change your way of thinking.
