Motihari, 14 May (IANS). In Motihari district of Bihar, under the Prime Minister Jan Aushadhi Project, people are being provided medicines at cheap rates at 80 percent discounts at Jan Aushadhi Kendras, due to which the poor are benefiting financially.
Aishwarya Priya, who is operating the Jan Aushadhi Kendra under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Project in Motihari, said that I have also got a lot of relief from the operation of this center. I am self -sufficient. The family is being raised well and the common people are getting medicines at cheap rates than the market here.
He told that I had read about the Prime Minister Jan Aushadhi Kendra. After this I decided that Motihari should also have such a center. I applied to open the Jan Aushadhi Kendra and after a few days I was allotted a place for the center here.
The beneficiary Devanti Devi said that medicines are available in the market at very expensive rates. However, medicines are available here at cheap rates. Thousands of rupees were spent to buy medicines at private medical stores, now the drugs are available with 80 percent discount at the PM Prugs Center. We want to thank PM Modi for this scheme. All the schemes of PM Modi are proving beneficial for the poor.
The beneficiary Pankaj said that medicines are being received from Jan Aushadhi Kendra at cheap rates. Thyroid medicines were available for thousands of rupees at a private medical store. However, medicines are available here in less than half the price. PM thanks Modi for this scheme.
