Ankara: Ukraine President Volodimir Jailonsky said on Thursday that he was sending a delegation led by the Defense to Istanbul to the city of Turkia for the first direct peace talks with the Russian delegation after Russia’s attacks in 2022. An Ukraine official said that the top level Ukrainian delegation would include Defense Minister Rustom Umrov, External Affairs Minister Andrei Sibiha and the head of the Ukrainian President’s Office Andrei Yarmak.
