ISIS Terrorists: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has succeeded in arresting two absconding accused in a major operation associated with the banned terrorist organization ISIS. Both the accused were desired in a case related to the construction and testing of IED (Improvised Explosive device) in Pune in 2023.
The arrested accused have been identified as Abdullah Fayaz Sheikh alias Diaperwala and Talha Khan. Both were arrested from Terminal-2 of Mumbai International Airport when they were trying to return to India from Jakarta, Indonesia. Immigration officials showed vigilance and detained both of them, after which the NIA team officially arrested them. According to the NIA, both the accused were absconding for almost two years and non-bailable warrants were also underway against them. The investigating agency had already declared a reward of Rs 3-3 lakh on his arrest.
Explosives were made from a rented house in Kondhwa, Pune
Investigation has revealed that these two accused were involved in collecting IEDs and testing activities in a rented house in Kondhwa area of Pune. Eight other accused involved in this conspiracy have already been arrested. A case has been registered against all under terrorist activities and criminal conspiracy.

The NIA says that the purpose of this module was a conspiracy to create terrorist attacks in the country. The agency is engaged in investigating the conspiracy and foreign connections behind the entire network.
