Palana village near Bikaner is going to witness a historic moment on 22 May. On this day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate 103 railway stations across the country and will also lay the foundation stone of some proposed stations. This program is considered to be one of the largest virtual opening programs of Indian Railways so far.
Preparations are in full swing in Bikaner regarding this program of Prime Minister Modi. In this regard, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will reach Palana on 17 May and inspect the arrangements. According to the information received, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav can also attend this journey.
A huge public meeting will also be organized on the occasion, in which about one lakh people are expected to participate. On Thursday, Bikaner District Collector Namrata Vrishni and Superintendent of Police Kavendra Singh Sagar reached Palana and inspected the appropriate places for the venue and helipad.
Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal confirmed the program and said that this will be a big and important program of Indian Railways. Although no official information has been released by the railway administration yet, the local administration has started finalizing the preparations. Administrative staff is seriously engaged in security, traffic and other arrangements and all preparations are going on fast.
It is also reported that PM Modi will also go to the country to visit Karni Mata. He will be accompanied by Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal and state Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma in this program.
