Communist Party of India (Male) Liberation MP Sudama Prasad said on Saturday that there is no other and confusion about the name of Tejashwi Yadav for the post of Chief Minister from the Grand Alliance in Bihar, but the top leaders of the constituents will decide to declare the face before the election.
A Lok Sabha member from Ara in Bihar also said in a conversation with ‘PTI Bhasha’ that his party is willing to contest this time 50 seats and if this happens, there will be a lot of possibility of forming a government of the Grand Alliance.
At the same time, he said that there is no controversy and contradiction about seat sharing in the opposition alliance because everyone’s priority is to defeat the BJP and its alliance.
Bihar assembly elections are expected to be October-November this year. In the 2020 assembly elections, the CPI (Male) Liberation contested 19 seats and won 12.
The alliance of the constituents of the ‘India’ coalition in Bihar is known as the Grand Alliance. This alliance includes Left parties as well as Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Congress and Developing Human Party (VIP).
Asked how many seats the CPI (Male) Liberation would contest, Sudama Prasad said, “There is a discussion between the supporting class of RJD and the common people that if the CPI Male had got more than 10 -15 seats to contest the election in 2020, then the government would have formed the government.” He said that in the last assembly election, CPI Male had the highest strike rate.
Prasad said, ‘We have expressed their desire that if we get 50 seats, we will bring the Grand Alliance to a very good position. The common people wish that this should happen. Also, he said, ‘We have to defeat the BJP, in such a situation, the basic question is not how many seats will be found or not. The basic question is to defeat the BJP.
According to the Lok Sabha member, there is no controversy or contradiction about seats in the Grand Alliance. Asked whether the stunning will be the face of the Chief Minister’s post from the opposition, he said, ‘This thing is clear, what is there but? He has been elected convenor of the Coordination Committee and he is the Leader of Opposition in the Bihar Legislative Assembly, has also been the Deputy Chief Minister, then who is the other who needs the post of Chief Minister. He said, ‘As far as declaring the face is concerned, only our top leaders will answer to this, but we definitely feel that there is no confusion, everything is clear. ,
Prasad claimed that the BJP is preparing to play the game with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar after the election after the election, as he played with Eknath Shinde in Maharashtra. He also alleged that the BJP is obstructing 65 percent reservation for backward, extremely backward, scheduled castes in Bihar as it is anti -reservation.
The CPI Male MP also said that there should be an ‘dominance policy’ regarding jobs in Bihar so that the youth of the state can get more benefit.
