The Uttar Pradesh ATS team arrested Rampur businessman Shahzad from Moradabad on charges of spying for Pakistan. The caught businessman used to trade illegally cosmetics, clothes, spices between India and Pakistan. It is being told that Shahzad was also working for Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI under this guise. Shehzad’s wife Razia said that her husband is not a Pakistani spy. He said, ‘My husband is innocent, he works as a clothes. Similar work is also done by other people here. They are also doing business with Pakistan.
ATS Uttar Pradesh had received information from reliable sources that a person named Shahzad is carrying out smuggling activities along the Indo-Pak border, which has the patronage of Pakistani agency ISI. Shahzad is spying for the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI and is also involved in anti -national activities. An investigation of this information by UP ATS revealed that Shahzad lives in Rampur.
According to the police, Shahzad has been visiting Pakistan for the past several years and illegally smuggles cosmetics, clothes, spices and other items between India and Pakistan and works for the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI under its guise. Shehzad’s Pakistani intelligence agency ISI has good relations with agents, with whom he is in constant contact.
According to the UP police, Shahzad has also shared intelligence related to India’s security, the agents of Pakistani intelligence agency. On confirmation of this information, the police station ATS, Lucknow has been registered at M.S.-04/25 Section-148, 152 Bhadansam. ATS investigation has also revealed that Shahzad used to provide money to his agents in India at the behest of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI many times.
Shahzad used to send people from Rampur and many parts of Uttar Pradesh to Pakistan to work for ISI under the guise of smuggling. Visa etc. of these people were also managed by agents of Pakistani intelligence agency. Shahzad also provided Indian SIMs to agents of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI to spy against India.
