Police investigation stated that the accused Mukul Singh and his minor girlfriend made physical relations in front of their bodies in the same house after killing their father and 8 -year -old innocent brother.
A new case has been registered against the accused
After this new revelation, the Jabalpur police has now registered an FIR against Mukul Singh under the new serious section 376, because his girlfriend is still a minor. Regarding the Jabalpur double murder case, the police said that after this murder, both the accused escaped for 75 days to escape from the police of different cities of the country.
Used to live as if eating
According to the police, during this time Mukul and his minor girlfriend saved their lives by eating the remaining food of the passengers when the money was over in the train. Apart from this, food was eaten in anchor or bhandara in many cities. In the police interrogation, both the accused said that they used to make physical relations wherever they got a chance.
Physical relations after murder
According to Civil Line Police Station in -charge Dheeraj Raj, on March 15, after the murder of Rajkumar Vishwakarma and his 8 -year -old son Tanishq, there was a physical relationship between the accused Mukul and his girlfriend i.e. the daughter of the deceased. After double murder, both of them first cleaned the blood on the floor of the flat and then had sex.
Sue under POCSO Act
Police said that both the accused used to have sex in the train too, they used to reach any station two-three hours before the train opened and reached the empty coach and make physical relations. Accused Mukul was taken to Millennium Colony after 7 days remand. The police, while interrogating him, has taken full information of the incident. It is believed that the police can recreate the crime scene by visiting the spot. Since Mukul’s girlfriend is a minor and had also made physical relations with her, a case was registered against her under POCSO Section.
